Bankers, Brokers and Beer
What do you get when you mix a bunch of bankers, insurance brokers, beer and other San Diego professionals? A really fun time! Fernando Ponce, our Regional Business Development Officer, and Matt Evans, Account Executive with Cavignac & Associates, recently co-hosted a happy hour at Nolita Hall in Little Italy. Several industry professionals joined in the fun from local banks, fractional CFO and payroll companies, to name a few. If you’ve never been to Nolita Hall, definitely check it out!
Why You Should Go?
The goal of the happy hour was to bring San Diego professionals together in a friendly atmosphere to find opportunities for new business. Cavignac & Associates is an insurance brokerage firm with an emphasis on risk management. Founded in 1992, Cavignac & Associates has been around just a bit longer than Primary Funding, which was founded in 1995. Primary Funding provides B2B, small business financing based on Accounts Receivables. Co-hosting happy hours provides a mixed group of people that might not normally network. It provides a casual atmosphere to learn more about how all of these people can work together to increase or improve business relationships.

Cavignac and Primary Funding share many similarities in how the businesses are run. Both companies share a strong focus and dedication to customer service, a high standard of ethics, as well as making sure clients needs come before the companies.
