Our guiding principles
Having the ability to help different people from all walks of life is very crucial to me. That’s why working as an Account Executive at Primary Funding Corporation has been so fulfilling. Here at Primary Funding the most important thing is always going to be the client. Everyone here works as a team to ensure the best possible outcome for all of our customers. Being apart of this team is truly like being a part of a family, all of which are working for the client’s best interest. I love working at Primary Funding and I look forward to continuing my career alongside my PFC family!
As a leader within the organization, my favorite thing is working with such a committed team day in and day out. The amount of care and passion they have for the company and one another is the main reason we have such a great culture here at PFC. It’s very rewarding to watch them grow both personally and professionally and I’m excited for the future.
I can honestly say that making the choice to work at Primary Funding has been one of the best I’ve ever made, both personally and professionally. The culture and the people are great and I am encouraged to have a good work life balance. It also feels good to be part of a company with roots in the community. They always support and encourage my involvement in the non-profits I work with.
The culture is the best I’ve ever experienced in my 25+ year professional career. I look forward to coming to work every day. That should tell you how I feel about Primary Funding.
