We value people here at Primary, from our leadership team and team members who help onboard new clients to our account executives. Every team member has a critical role in reflecting our core values and helping us bring education, integrity, and real talk to our client relationships and community. We’re proud of their contributions and ability to work tirelessly for our funding clients while enjoying each other’s company at happy hour, volunteering, or hitting the golf course outside of work.
For example, take Daniel Lozier, our Director of Sales & Marketing. Daniel has held every position at our firm since joining us in 2013 until recently being named a director, responsible for overseeing our community outreach and sales and marketing teams. He was also recently recognized on the “40 Under 40” list from the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, which features rising stars in the San Diego area.
Additionally, our Regional Business Development Officer, Fernando Ponce, has been a leader in strengthening PFC’s community ties. He has connected our firm to local small business owners to share lending education, options, and guidance at various events. He also serves as a board chair of the Chicano Federation, an organization dedicated to providing opportunities to San Diegans in need.

We are focused on positioning the firm for the future so we can continue to serve San Diego with knowledgeable and passionate professionals. We recently welcomed two new members to our team, Victoria Bausback and Kylle Whitten.
Victoria is our newest Portfolio Analyst. She is responsible for onboarding new prospects, managing client accounts, and performing underwriting. Victoria’s background includes working in marketing, business operations, and wealth management. Kylle joins us with over a decade of experience in banking, customer service, and managing high-value client portfolios. As an account executive, he works closely with clients, providing guidance, explaining financing options, and supporting our internal teams.
