The San Diego Airport Authority established its small business development program to help the following types of businesses:

Building relationships between the airport and San Diego’s small business community is the mission of the small business development program. It does this by conducting outreach and providing business development services for contractors and professional service suppliers at the airport in all departments.
The Airport Authority hosts regular workshops and networking events for small businesses and lists current and future opportunities for small businesses on its website.
If you’re a contractor, you can also get on its Ready Service Program, which is a pool of on-call contractors who can supplement the airport’s in-house workforce.
The San Diego International Airport is yet another avenue for small businesses in San Diego.
