In last month’s Client Corner we talked about Primary Funding’s typical Client Profile and the various industries we commonly serve. This month we thought it would be a good idea to share about the client experience and shed some light on what it’s like to work with us here at Primary Funding.
When you become a Primary Funding client, you will notice that cultivating strong relationships with our clients is a top priority. We take our customer service seriously around here. That’s why we assign all of our clients with a designated Account Manager. We think it’s important for you to have a reliable, responsive, main point of contact. Somebody who’s just a phone call or email away, ready to assist you, if and when the need arises.
Account Executive, Chris Ramos, is one such main point of contact. Chris works on the front lines every day, helping clients with their day-to-day questions and concerns. When asked to describe Primary Funding’s style and approach Chris said, “We give a personalized level of service to each and every client because we genuinely care about our clients and their businesses.”
Regarding the practice of assigning an Account Executive, Chris went on to say, “We bring in the Account Executive early on, during the onboarding process, so that the client knows from the start whom they will be communicating with. We want the transition to be as smooth as possible. Our systematic approach removes any possibility of bouncing around from one person to the next, never making any progress, or solving a problem in a timely manner.”
From an operational standpoint Chris stated that the Account Executives take a wholistic approach in helping clients succeed, from sending out invoices themselves, to calling on past due invoices. “In fact,” said Chris, “We actively look for ways to help save client’s money by trying to collect on past due invoices or aging invoices to help lower their fee costs.”
When dealing with cash flow and working capital, things can get pretty stressful. Having a designated and experienced Account Executive can help alleviate some of that stress. “Each of our Account Executives has graduated from the International Factoring Association’s account executive course,” affirmed Chris, “We have a combined 10+ years of experience in the industry, so we’re all well-versed in traditional factoring elements, along with a skill-set related to PO financing.”
